Hello all I'm new if you have not guessed. 
I shoot a XTI and an XSI, as well as a lot of film too. but I use a range finder for the film. Tattoo artist by profession and photography as a hobby. I look forward to reading the forums and gleaning som info from you all too.

Loaded my EOS solutions software, I cannot load my pictures directly from my camera to my laptop. when i try to get EOS utility to find camera, it say "camera is not compatible with screen" so i removed and reinstalled it and still the same. Is there another way around this?

Hey everyone, obviously I am new to the site. I love taking pictures and video but I only have a Canon S300. It takes great pictures and I love the ease of use. I am trying to upgrade to a nicer camera, and I wanted to get on here to get a little advise about what I should get. I have looked into a few different ones but I am very unfamilier about the different brands and I dont want to spend 350-500 on a camera and get a piece of crap. I need to show this led finger light with a white background. But the light needs to be on and show a little color on that white background. If I just use a brush and white out some area around the light hitting the table then it does not look very good. I want to make a great looking photo to put on the front of this website.
